| Using Poured Materials? Most of my molds have shallow wells (usually around 1/4" deep) which work best with pushed materials like polymer clay for buttons/ crafts/jewelry making. However, you can use a wide variety of supplies such as resin, UTEE (poured heated embossing powder) and soap (as cameos or inclusions.) I can not guarantee that the edges will hold deep fluid as it sets, but below is a section of my deepest molds available for you to test out. These molds are roughly 1/2" deep and/or have thicker side walls for holding liquids easier. All molds backs are curved, so you will need to prop them up on your table to make them level. You may also be able to use all of my other molds for your specific project, but I recommend testing a "deeper" one first to be sure your materials are compatible. All molds are heat resistant up to 600 degrees. |
